MBA in Corporate Social Responsibility (MASTERE PROFESSIONNEL)

Program Overviem

Corporate and social responsibility is taking a growing importance in the business environment. With the CSR MBA, Students have the opportunity to learn how to effectively manage company assets to address social and environmental challenges of their community, in addition to ensuring fair or unethical business practices. Additionally, a focus on serving multiple stakeholders helps students develop the analytical skills to manage organizational changes with an emphasis on ethical decision making.

Admission Requirements

Recent graduates,with a strong academic record in business, economics or quantitative studies, and engineers looking for a career as a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager or interested in implementing CSR programs can apply to the CSR MBA.

The MBA in CSR is also designed for motivated professionals such as Human Resource Managers who are willing to elevate their current career and be involved in CSR Programs.

Admission to the MBA in CSR granted on a selective basis to students or professionals who have demonstrated distinct academic ability and motivation by meeting at least the minimum requirements described below:

  • A Licence or a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, with a GPA of 3.00 on 4 point scale or 13 on 20 point scale or higher in your most recent 60 semester hours of college work.
  • Two years of evident professional experience are preferred.
  • Satisfactory score in GMAT Test*.
    (Note:*GMAT requirement may be waived for those who have received graduate degree, or undergraduate degree with high GPA with evident professional experience in the field of insurance).
  • As all our programs are conducted in english.An upper intermediate level of proficiency is required.Students must take AUNA'S english placement test before final admission.


The Tuition is charged in a flat-fee structure, fixed for one year of study.

Tunisian Students

Registration Fee: TND 1,000 the first year.

Tuition: TND 10,000 per year.

International Students

Registration Fee: United States $ 1,000 the first year.

Tuition: United States $ 10,000 per year.

CSR 600 (3 Credits) Foundations in Corporate Social Responsibility
CSR 610 (3 Credits) Corporate Governance
CSR 620 (3 Credits) Ethics and CSR Theories
CSR 630 (3 Credits) Global CSR Reporting, Legislations, and Standards
CSR 640 (3 Credits) CSR Project Management
CSR 650 (3 Credits) Social Project Performance Measurement
CSR 660 (3 Credits) CSR Negotiations and Communications
CSR 670 (3 Credits) CSR Sustainable Development
CSR 680 (3 Credits) CSR Strategy

Elective Courses (15 Credits):

The remaining courses (for a total of 15 credits) must be selected from the following list:

Internship (5 Credits) :

Students are required to acquire practical knowledge applications of CSR programs in local or international firms heavily involved in CSR activities

To start internship program, students should have successfully completed ALL core and elective courses as required by the program.

Thesis (10 Credits):

At the end of the internship program, students are required to develop, submit and defend a Thesis. The thesis shall be based on original research work carried out in the basic and/or applied field of study and supervised by an academic supervisor.
